How do you package the tea?
To ensure freshness and quality of our teas. We package our tea bags in air-tight resealable bags.
What is your shipping policy?
DOMESTIC
We ship ground shipping to the USA.
INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally yet.
What is your exchange and return policy?
Since our products are perishable, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. All sales are final. Once items are shipped we will provide a tracking number. What’s Your Tea? is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once they have been delivered please contact the courier if any issues arise.
